The ideal teacher must have 10 qualities such as confidence, patience, true compassion to their students, understanding, ability to look at life in different way and to explain a topic in a different way, dedication to excellence, unwavering support, willingness to help student achieve, pride in student's accomplishments, and passion for life. These qualities will help the teacher improve his/her teaching performance in the classroom.
To make it clear in your mind let me discuss it to you one-by-one, so first is the confidence were in the teacher must show to the student's that he/she is comfortable. the second one is patience sometimes the teacher can't control their emotion because most of the students are noisy but still they have to be patience. the third one is true compassion to their students that they treat it as their children.
The other qualities will be depend to the teacher on how they guide their student's in the classroom because the teacher is the role model of the student's so they must careful of what they talk and act and if ever all the teacher follow the ten qualities then they will become an ideal teacher to their student's.
